Mr. Jim C. of Phoenix Appliance, timely & professionally came to our home , spent a good portion of an hour -- diagnosis of our WhirlPool clothes washer --- even tip if up to examine the motor -- showing us the problems as well as thorough explanation of problems and potential costly repairs if we would proceed to get it service. He then sat down a gave us further advise on best scenario to NOT repair it but buy new unit. This all cost us his usual fees to consult / diagnosis. Money worth spent.

J came out on a Saturday and SUNDAY during COVID 19 for me as a new customer to fix my refrigerator so I would not lose all my groceries. This is old school customer care, expertise, and service. Excellent integrity and skill.

We called to have a dryer repaired. Mr. J came the next morning and within an hour had my dryer running even though it was out of commission for months!! The repair was not too expensive and I expect my dryer to work for several more years. Thank you soooo much!!

Talked to Jim who said he'd be glad to help and took my name, address and phone number and said he'd call the next day. Waited around ALL day long and never heard from him again. Save yourself the time and effort and go with somebody else.
