I needed a ball dress at lest minute since the one I ordered didn't come in on time, I go to the bridal cottage the girl seemed nice until she popped off something about making sure I hold on to my 2 yr old so he doesn't knock over the dress racks. But whatever I let that go since I was in a pinch. So I found a few dresses and tried them on she wouldn't allow me to do it my self she unzipped them and handed them to me and zipped them, the last one I tried on I like enough for the price and had shoes that matched. She had me sing a paper saying I couldn't return no matter what I didn't think to much of it since I had it on and it seemed fine until I was trying it on for my husband I then realize the Zipper was broken at the bottom and had a tear in the fabric. And it was missing 3 jewels from the neck area. Just make sure that you check everything before you leave

The Bridal Cottage was the second place I looked for a bridal gown. They were very customer service friendly. They were nice and very helpful. Melissa was my consultant and she helped me every step of the way. I appreciated the fact that she took the time out to actually figure out the best way to put the dress on me due to my many curves at the bottom. She was very personal and had a good personality. Her opinions were helpful. Therefore, it was well worth the visit. Definitely going back to make a final decision on my dress!

I did not enjoy my experience at this store. Many of the sales people were nice and helpful but the few who were not made me not want to go back. I will not be purchasing anything from this store. They need to work on their customer service.

The Bridal Cottage is AMAZING. They offer outstanding customer service and a wide variety of weddings gowns! I couldn't have asked for a better experience when shopping for my perfect gown. Highly Recommended!!!
