Great place to store your things and very clean. But the blind with the long hair you gotta watch cause she doesn't go by the book. She let a man go a whole year without paying rent and put mine up for auction after 3 months. But other then that Great Place.

I've been storing my stuff at A-1 Budget for years and I've always been happy with the service I get. I store my holiday stuff there which is perfect for me and keeps the clutter out of my garage. I don't go in very often, but the office staff is always friendly and helpful. I even had to cut off my lock one day and they helped me get it taken care of right away. If you're looking for a place with exceptional value and stability, this is the place.

Oh, the prices are cheap, but you get no more than you pay for. The contract they make you sign covers them for anything: as I recall you have to declare that all your belongings are worth less than $5K total, contains no collectibles, and all kinds of restrictions. The wall behind my double width unit is/was crumbling so without informing me (so I could protect my belongings), they built a new wall behind half of mine and covered my belongings with construction debris. The other half needs replaced ASAP. Since the renters behind me are out of state, they are making me move - but since I brought it to their attention they are kicking me out with no opportunity for extensions or ability to move to another unit. Bad management, buildings, and customer service. Only security is one dog.

I have had many (unfortunately) storage places in the past years, but never have I been more satisfied with not only the value, but especially, the customer service. The space I am renting is awesome, the office personnel is unbelieveable. I have and will continue to refer people to this place.
