I went to pick up my comforter and they told me that they did not know where it was but that I could come search though others that had been lost and pick one of those or they will make a claim. After stating that I would press charges on the driver whom they insisted was the only one who could have it, my comforter shows up and it's on the drivers truck..... It took 7days to get back my comforter and they offered no discount for any of the trouble they put me though or for my time and gas money to go looking for my own item. I will never return to this store for dry cleanings, they do not care about you or your items......

STAY AWAY! These people completely ruined our $400 duvet cover (a wedding gift from my grandmother), and their response to us was, "Well, you were the ones who brought your expensive duvet cover to the cheapest place in town." I'm not a business major but I'm pretty sure that having "Sh!t Happens" as your customer policy is not the most winning of business strategies. They did not refund our money for the cleaning/ruining, much less offer to repay us for the duvet. If you want to keep your dry-clean only stuff nice and undamaged, stay away from these people.
