Usiwoma Abugo, M.D. is a board-certified ophthalmologist and a plastic surgeon specializing in oculoplastic and facial cosmetic procedures at Virginia Eye Consultants. Dr. Abugo is experienced in a range of restorative and cosmetic surgeries, including eyelid surgery, blepharoplasty, skin cancer reconstruction, endoscopic brow lift and mid-face lift.
