      The worst towers ever! They never come when needed! Why would your only two drivers be in Richmond and Va, Bch if you're located in Newport News? And why not tell the person calling for a tow that no one is available that day? Bad business, don't do it! Find another company.

      i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI had a pretty bad experience with them. I needed an assistance to tow my car to a mechanic shop. GEICO made arrangements for them to come tow my car, and their time estimate was 45 minutes. They have not showed for 90 minutes, and I had to leave my car for lunch. During that time period the truck arrived, called my cell phone and left me a voice message. When I got back to my car the driver was still there, and rudely told me that the order has been canceled and left. I had to get another tow truck. My advice to everyone would definitely be NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICE!
