Went into this New Salon to inquire about prices. It took probably about 4 mins for the receptionist to even acknowledge my presence. Apparently, the personal call was more important then a new customer. Finally, I was able to inquire about cut and style price. The look and Tone of response made me feel If You Have To Ask Price You Can't Afford it. If the first person you see and talk too represents salon, well need I go any further. BOTTOM LINE: In my opinion, this salon THINKS they are on PARK AVE, with the prices they are charging. It certainly was a NO BRAINER to NOT GIVE MY BUSINESS TO THIS SALON.

I would follow joey anywhere and would rather go without a haircut than let anyone else cut my hair. So I was so happy to see he opened his own Salon. The atmosphere is absolutely lovely and the employees are professional, courteous, unpretentious, and friendly. I've had waxing, manicures and pedicures done there too and everything was just fantastic.

Joey is hands down THE BEST colorist in NYC. He was the ONLY one willing to take on my unruly, frizzy, curly hair and made my hair beautiful and manageable! He welcomed the challenge and exceeded my expectations with flying colors. He tweaked my color until it was absolutely perfect, no matter how long it took and finished with a beautiful blowout. I make the trip to the upper east side now just to see him, he is the only one I will allow to touch my hair! I found my permanent colorist/hair stylist! :-)

Kind and considerate staff, elegant and inviting atmosphere. Joey is by far the best stylist I have ever had! I will never trust anyone else with my hair ever again. Big thanks to everyone at the Salon for always making my visits enjoyable.

All the stylists and employees are professional and courteous. The salon is beautiful and not one of those huge impersonal NYC salons that we have all had to suffer with at one time or another. Joey is a wonderful stylist and always makes me feel special and welcome. I always leave happy and have recommended Joey and his whole staff of stylists to many of my friends and co-workers. I am on my way there after work today!

Exceptional service. Joey is an amazing stylist. I love the new salon it is so beautiful and modern.

Live in area and decided to try this new salon. What a mistake. Their prices are Outrageous and the staff is not friendly. Clearly, I will take my business somewhere else. Perhaps you should too!!!!
