Worst experience ever. Guy was supposed to pick us up at 4:30 am to take us to the airport and arrived at 5 am with another guy already in the cab. We have to rush to the airport with snow everywhere with my family and no enough seat belts for everybody. Risking my family life including my 3yo kid because of the total lack of responsibility of this company. The guy was on the phone receiving calls and calling people while driving in this weather. We could have been killed. This company should not be running business not here not anywhere!

Less than 10 miles, over twenty dollars. Smelt like BO and was sketchy driving home. Plus over ten minute late. Whoever I talked to told them the wrong address as well. Do they not have gps or Google?

I like this Taxi company due to they are polite and prompt.

I called other companies, one told me they have an hour waiting, and the other said they'll be there in 30 minutes but never showed up. I called Taxi 1, I got pick within 10-15 minutes.

Price wise is a little less, but not much difference. since all the Taxi companies gotta make there money somehow someway to operate.

Very polite and punctual. I would use their taxi service again in the future.
