Wheel bearing went out in my truck and they showed up with a flatbed within 20 minutes and got it home safely! Outstanding guys and service!!

T and j towing company is terrible they towed my car over the weekend and put a crack in my oil pan I didn't sign anything for damages and I contacted them to tell them what they had done to my car and the guy just tell me it's not his problem and that I couldn't prove it! The company shouldn't be in business very unprofessional! When I got there the only way to get in is the front gate so I walked in looking for someone and this guy there threatens to shoot me when he told me to meet him at 11! Very shaken up over the whole situation I do not recommend anyone getting their car from this company and if they do tow your car call an officer to come out with you to pick up your car they are dangerous people

T & J Towing took a picture of my car in a spot I did not park it. I know this because I parked it and have the only key. Unless someone else, chose to break into my car and move it directly 2 spots back (out of visitor parking, to an illegal non-visitor spot), T & J were the only people to interact with it. I find this suspicious and in doing more research found plenty of similar reviews and comments. They are rude, aggressive, and overly defensive on the phone. Upon stating my story the towing manager repeatedly cut me off saying "stop lying", you're a "liar", and then just hung up on me. I was told I was to be sent the photo evidence, and never was. I would steer clear of this company as I feel I cannot trust them and many others I know share this opinion. How anyone supports this company is beyond me.

I was staying at a friends apartment. My car was parked in a visitor spot. T&J towed my car claiming it was in an illegal spot. They claimed to have pictures but would not show them to me. I have pictures of the skid marks in the visitor spot that my car was towed from. Searching on line I see a history of claims similar to this. Why isn't the city of Kalamazoo clamping down on this illegal activity?

This towing company is the best. They provide fast safe service and at a reasonable rate.I would use and recommend them anytime.

They always treated me right! I have had my car imponded but was my fault I didn't have my pass in my car! People need to grow up and stand up and tell the truth!!!

Might get towed even if you have a sticker!! Watch out
