Had John come out to look at my self propelled mower that wouldn't start the previous day. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way (which was sooner than when he said he might be there). He spent 30-60 mins with the mower and couldn't find any issues (it started right up when he cranked it - while I was standing there! ) But, he performed an oil change, checked the air filter, and cleaned the carburetor. He gave the mower a total look over to make sure everything else was working. The Service Charge plus Labor (Totaled $95 for the hour or less) seems a bit high to me for the work performed, but I guess a person is paying for the convenience of him coming to you.

Overall, it was a good experience and I'm sure a fair price for the travel and work performed.

John Nussbaumer returned my call promptly. Gave me an estimate over the phone and was able to see me same day in 34747 area. Arrived on time, assessed my walk behind mower and had it running in less than 30 minutes. Service charge of $50 plus labor. John is courteous, knowledge and provided advice on properly maintaining mower. I highly recommend him.
