Great value for services provided. I have to say the experience we had with Maid Pro is great. They picked up the phone the first time I called and scheduled a cleaning next day. The cleaner showed up on time with a friendly smile. She did a thorogh clean and was very careful with my belongs. I then received a survey through email that evening for feedback. It was refreshing. A few month later, I decided to contract them on a monthly basis. I receive a survey after each clean. If I did not fill out the survey, their customer care manager would call the next day to make sure I am happy with service provided. Excellent customer service and communication.
I have been using MaidPro for 5 years . I have always found them to be friendly, efficient, thorough, punctual and willing to accommodate. Not only the office staffs return calls, but they actually call me every time after my service to make sure everything is taken care of. They have made life a lot easier for me and my family.
