Mike, the owner, made an appointment to provide me with a quote and was here before the stated time, gave me an estimate, and told me approximately when he could be here to do the work. When I called him to accept the quote he gave me a date to start unless it was raining. He was here on the day he said, at the time he said. The washing and cleaning was unbelieveable and the finish was perfect. His invoice was the exact amount of the quote. I will be the first to recommend using Bluegrass Deck Service. By the way, he gave me the name three or four clients to call as references. One of these had Bluegrass Deck Service come back every three years for the past dozen years. That was enough of a reference for me... repeat service says a lot.
