Terrible customer service - sketchy approach to towing from accidents. Charges "storage" fees but doesn't make personnel available to collect money and release the vehicle. Gets very defensive and places the blame on the customer if a customer shows up to collect a car and no one is there.

The owner brad walker is a bigot and I've heard him and his wife talk about "Damn Yankees" and " "biggest". They have a bad attitude and will argue and holler with customers and even hang up on them. I would not give my business to such ignorant unprofessional people. People like this are bad for the south and always have been and it's time that the general public boycott anything that people like this are involved in.
