Ramon and his team have done nothing but be understanding, kind, and personable the last two times I have needed something fixed on my car. Ramon's willingness to help me in a genuine way and make me feel comfortable really helped me feel confident in the decisions I was making, and unfortunately that is not the norm for single female entering the auto world. Also, his 20% discount for teachers validates his desire to serve the community for the better good!

Great Service! My water pump broke on the freeway, and I was referred to them by a friend. They were extremely reasonable pricewise, and not only repaired my car, but had to go pick up a part to do so. They explained everything to me, even showing me the old part. I highly recommend them.

This was the first time I've ever gone to a auto services place, and the final bill was LESS THAN the quoted price! Excellent service and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. The owner, Ramon, was honest and direct when discussing what was wrong with my car. He was also very friendly and sociable. I plan to recommend S & J to all my friends and co-workers.
