Chris Phelps was excellent from the very start to closing. He was always available to answer any questions we had and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the process. We had some problems getting our tax transcripts and he was so helpful even to the extent of going with me to make sure we had everything we needed. We've never had our mortgage company attend the closing but he was right there ensuring everything went well. We were able to close on time thanks to his persistence in getting everything to the attorney's office on time. We couldn't have had a better experience even with the problems that arose due to our tax identity theft situation.
