I learned about Four Suns through a friend when our air conditioner bit the dust after 17 years. I'll admit I was slightly intimidated when determining how to move forward with our dated HVAC system while my husband was out of town, but Jason at Four Suns made the process easy. In fact, all of the individuals at Four Suns were professional, timely, courteous, informative with an excellent work ethic. I was able to replace both air/furnace with Goodman products (Amana) at a reasonable cost. They are experts at installing Goodman products which is key according to my research. I had a follow-up question one day after installation regarding my Nicor rebate and Jason returned my call in less than 5 minutes. Keep in mind this is the day after I paid him in full. I give Four Suns my highest recommendation.

I typically don't write reviews for businesses, but these guys were great. My air conditioner kicked out on me on a day when it was nearly 100 degrees. I have young children so I needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. I called Four Suns and explained the situation and they were at my house within a few hours despite being overwhelmed with calls related to the heat. They really look out for their customers. As for price, they were extremely reasonable. I strongly recommend them.

Technician did not remove or cover his shoes. My new carpet is now damaged. I confronted the man and he brushed it off like it didnt matter. My carpet needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. If my problem is corrected I will let everyone know asap.
