Don't go here !! I got my hair done yesterday by Jen Scott. I came in for a root touch up , trim ,and extension removal and replacement . She assured me I'd be happy with service . She told me what she was going to do partial blonde highlights instead of root touch up .... she not only turned my hair purple in some places , but did NOT go all the way down the strands she did highlight making my hair two toned !! Then she layer my extentions in wrong. Instead of laying them out by length , she placed them wherever and was rushing !!! Then gives my hair a trim ... my hair butchered and choppy now !! I'm balling my eyes out in her chair telling her exactly what was wrong , then get up to pay for a service I HATED ... $200 !!!! Her response was this . I spent 4 hours on your hair that's why I'm charging you $200 . ?!?!?! My hair is purple , two toned , and choppy and because you spent 4 hours destroying my hair you charge me $200 ? Now she doesn't want to fix it and told me to go elsewhere because she doesn't want to deal with the " drama " NEVER again.
