The service I've received has been positive. My lawn is looking healthy again and the dead spots are filling out nicely So glad I finally called Trugreen.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. DERECK SMITH (OUR TRUGREEN SPECIALIST) WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY POLITE, AND EXPLAINED TO ME EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE IS A VERY NICE YOUNG MAN AND IS THE IMAGE OF WHAT I EXPECT IN A GOOD TRUGREEN COMPANY MAN.

Whatever your lawn challenge is or has gotten to be don't think that Trugreen is bewitched and can make it go away in one treatment. It took longer for it to get in it's present condition and you will need to give them an opportunity to work on eliminating the problem. TRUGREEN CAN and will if you are willing to work with them. If the progress seem slow to you, call one of their friendly Customer Service Representatives and get the assistance you require. TRUGREEN will take care of the problem if you are willing to work with them. I know because I did just that and THEY WORK !!!

While it may be expensive, it really has made our lawn practically weed free. It is almost impossible to remain weed free in a subdivision where each lawn butts up against each other, but our stands out against the lawns on either side of us.

I always get great service from TruGreen. The last two times they serviced my lawn I was out of town & they treated my lawn like I was there watching them work. They are very trustworthy and they do great work.

I am very satisfied with the results from TruGreen in the two years that the company has been servicing my property. More than one neighbor has complimented me on my yard. A lady came to my door this week and complimented me on the appearance of my lawn and wanted to know how to contact TruGreen. I gave her the phone number of the Montgomery office. The next day the tech came to treat my lawn and I told him where she lives and that he ought to go see her. I also called her and asked if she would like for him to come to her house when he was through at my house and she said, yes. If I have an issue that needs to be addressed, TruGreen is always quick to send someone out to take care of it.

Since having TruGreen my lawn has been growing and looks more healthier, I thank the TRUGREEN team for taking time to care for my lawn.

We are pleased with a good start to a healthy lawn for our new downsized retirement home. It is important to us to have great results quickly and not have to do it ourselves. To be able to call with a problem and have it addressed properly with our input taken seriously.

I've been mainly pleased with the service. My only concern is I have called in 2 times for repeat weed treatments and they did come out and retreat but both times quite a few weeds were missed. This is my first year with True Green and I will probably sign up for next year..

Our lawn is now looking much better. The dallis grass and other weeds seem to be getting better. Please continue to treat and hopefully they will be controlled.

He knocks at the door to let me know that he is about to treat my lawn and always asks if I have any issues that need to be addressed. After using Trugreen of Montgomery for over a decade the yard is full of grassy weeds. The once beautiful zoysia lawn if full of green kyllinga, bermuda, and other weeds. When they were contacted they provided no response. Contacted the Trugreen HQ and as of today still no response. They are great if you want a green yard but you can achieve that by just fertilizing as weeds are nice and green too!
