Established in 1978, Bernice's Bakery is a full-fledged bakery based at Missoula, Mont. The bakery makes use of home grown raw, natural, organic and local ingredients to create a wide assortment of products. Its specialties comprise variety of cakes, pastries, cupcakes and breads and wedding cakes. The bakery offers a special line of breakfast pastries, such as croissants, Danish, rolls, scones, poundcakes, pockets, twists and muffins. It also offers treats, like cookies, brownies and butter horns along side some Hunter Bay coffee. Besides, Bernice's Bakery also offers a variety of lunch options and custom made merchandise, including hats, hoodies, posters and travel mugs for sale.
