I have been a satisfied client of the TRS for over a year and I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. My tat is almost completely gone and I have been very happy with the process. Due to my job I have to reschedule my appointments often and they are always understanding. I was even 45 minutes late one time and they were closing up for the day. Instead of turning me away, Dr. Towey went above and beyond for me, stayed another half hour, and performed my service. Now that's customer service!

Dr. Towey and Alex are both accomodating, courteous and professional. I have been going to Dr. Towey for over a year now, as this procedure takes time, but it's been very effective. Don't listen to the negative review written below. If you're looking for fast and aggressive results you may end up burned "literally". I came to Dr. T with two half removed tattoos that had thick scarring where the previous Dr. had used the photoderm light system to "remove them". Not only was Dr. Towey the first Dr. who was optimistic that he could remove the remaining ink barried under the scarring, but that he could also treat the scar tissue so that it would be less noticeable. One small portion of the tattoo on my arm had never had any sort of removal treatment, so I can tell how effective his treatment really is. There isn't a single dot of scarring from the treatment but it's about half faded and I am very pleased with the ongoing results. If you're serious about tattoo removal

I am currently a client with TRS and I think Dr. Towey is fabulous. I was perplexed to see a less than flattering review his service. The facility is clean, nice, easy to find, with ample parking. They're always friendly and my customer service experience with them has been OUTSTANDING. I find Dr. Towey to be extremely knowledgeable, especially since lasers and tat removal are what he specializes in - unlike some shops that do laser facial resurfacing, botox, and what not. Plus, they're open evenings... a huge benefit for those of us that work during the day. While I won't say it is the most comfortable process ever, I have twice forgotten to use the lidocaine patches they've provided to me, and I wasn't in unbearable pain. Ultimately, I have to question the poor review given by 'Got Scammed' on this site. Is this even a legitimate client? And if so, how on earth do they have the only un-removable tat I've ever heard of? Clearly they are mistaken about TRS and their superior services.

My tattoo is coming off much better than I ever expected, and it's not really that painful. I'm so glad I decided to do this. If you're thinking about it, I'd say, go ahead and call Dr Towey for at least the free consultation.

Do not go to the Tattoo Removal Shop, he had no idea what he's doing and is just trying to take your cash. He said that he'd be able to get my tattoo removed and 1 year later my tattoo is still there clear as day. He wanted to try some new technique on me that he's never tried before and I told him no and that I wasn't his test bunny. SCAM ARTIST Do not waste your time, go to a real Dr. who knows what they are doing.
