The owner Mark came out to help with an emergency pet stain. The stain was extremly tough and mark came back a second time and was able to remove the stain and restore the carpet back to a condition that we havnt seen after many others before him have tried.

BEWARE!!!! We received a coupon from ACR in the mail, which advertised a 350 sq. ft. cleaning for under $50. It sounded like exactly what we needed for our living and dining rooms, so we scheduled the appointment. When the ACR guy arrived (Mark), he IMMEDIATELY went into sales mode and tried to sell us services we did not want/need. I reiterated that we had the coupon and just wanted to pay for the $50 cleaning. He argued that the price on their coupon is really just "a starting point" and that the service would actually cost more than that. Standing my ground, I asserted that we would only pay for the service advertised on their coupon because that is all we wanted/needed. The ACR guy (Mark) sarcastically replied, "Oh, I see how it's going to be." ACR was rude and unprofessional. Go with another company.

We bought a new house in South Minneapolis a few years ago and first tried Advanced Carpet Restoration to repair our basement carpet. They did an excellent job and came in exactly at the quoted price. We've used a number of different carpet cleaning services over the years, but ACR provided a level of service above the others. Shortly after our repair we went back to ACR for a full cleaning in the basement and another cleaning at a rental property of our downtown Minneapolis. Our realtor has since contacted with ACR to provide services at her showing around town. Highly recommend ACR to anyone...and their ads are great on the radio!

I`ve used Advanced Carpet Restoration twice and the results were outstanding!! The first time we moved out of our townhouse and had severe pet stain/odor problems. ACR got all of the stains/odor out!! The next day we had them clean our new home and the carpet looked great after it dried, as well. I`ve loved their work so much I referred them to my mom who has already set up an appointment and I`m looking forward to hearing what the results will be.

They are HORRIBLE. The technician upsold us,(he was very polite) but still sold us on a service we didn't think we needed. Didn't take care of the issue we initially called on so we called to have them out again, and still no difference. My wife called and s/w the owner to see what could be done. He yelled at her and hung up on her shortly after. STAY AWAY!!!!

Told one price over the phone and charged TWICE as much when they came out. The person cleaning the carpets refused to leave with out the money and broke several things on the way out.

I give them 0 stars.They do lousy work , what ever you do don't sign their waivers you will be out of luck. It frees them of all responsibilty. And they love to add on to their bill for so called services.
