      Wouldn't meet with the woman of the household

      I made it clear I am the one making the decisions for the home in our household. Even in this economy they wouldn't even come out to meet with me without my husband present.
      It was very strange.
      This is the first time in my life I have ever felt discriminated against because I am a woman.
      Maybe they're a great company, but if they don't want my money without seeing me get my husband's permission, I'm not interested.

      Thank you for your review. While we never like to find out our customers experience was negative or challenging, we appreciate hearing the feedback- good or bad. I want to apologize that your experience was not positive. Weather Tight takes all reviews and feedback from customers very seriously. Anytime we have an opportunity to learn, grow, and train- we make a conscious effort to do so. After receiving your review, we were able to pull recordings from your scheduled appointment as well as talk with the appropriate parties who you had a negative experience with. I know that our President, Tod, had reached out to you, to gather more information and personally work to rectify the situation. From my understanding, you were able to schedule an appointment with him, but with life, things can get busy and I understand you could not make the appointment. I wanted to personally reply to your review to at least touch base with you. At the very least, I want you to know that your review has reached upper management, we appreciate the feedback you have provided us thus far, and we are working with our team members to make adjustments.

      We had both front doors and a patio door installed in our Waukesha home and couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial salesperson to the installation, we are extremely pleased and highly recommend Weather Tight! The crew was extremely polite and courteous. Their craftsmanship and expertise was just as amazing! We even got a followup call as soon as the job was complete! Thanks for such a positive experience!

      We have had Weather Tight replace all windows, doors, and gutters. Extremely friendly, complete clean up after work is completed, and come to you if you choose not to visit the store. I will use them again in the future.

      WEATHER TIGHT CORPORATION HAS A VERY UNIQUE PRESENTATION IN DESCRIBING ;WHO THEY ARE, AND WHAT THEY CAN DO FOR YOU . IN-ORDER TO MEET ALL YOUR NEEDS. THEY WERE ON TIME,AND THERE WORK WAS DONE TO PERFECTION. WHILE WORKING THEY DIDN'T EVEN TAKE A BREAK UNTIL THEY HAD FINISH THE JOB. THANK YOU!!!!!!

      Had a terrific experience with Weather Tight. Everyone was friendly and professional. I LOVE my new window. It is a high quality product. Would definitely refer Weather Tight to family and friends.

      Weather Tight has done work for me 3 times now and I have to say I am very pleased with them. Not only the products they offer, but their staff does an excellent job of cleaning up. They have transformed the look of my little cape cod into something beautiful, a home I am proud to live in. Yes, they are expensive, but I have learned from personal experience that it does NOT pay to buy cheap! Why mess the rest when you can have the Best!
