Friendly and Nice staff, however, watch out for billing. They do not bill as a facility but by which doctor you see. some are in network and some are NOT. = $100 + $30 copay or not. Guess I learned the hard way to ask "who is coving the walk in today" prior to being seen :-( UGH Hence the 3 stars. They really should tell you this up front. A walk in is a walk in, it should not matter who tends to you but apparently it does. All in all I will simply ask the question and probably go back if needed.

I've been about 4 times its very convient. the doctors &staff are very good.I highly recommend it.I'm usually in&out and that's with on site xrays

avoid !!! i went here for a severe bicep tear and i waited 2 hours for them just too tell me to go to the hospital so i could sit there for 3 more hours and pay way more money then the nurse couldn't get a hold of my orthopedic doctor and tells me i had too wait for them to eat lunch and started taking food orders i mean come on the little chinese guy is nice enough but he didnt understand what i was trying to explain and if i wanted to go to newport hospital i would have gone there first go to bristol walk in 15 mins down 114 they set up my appointment and wrapped my arm in orthoglass i was in and out in less than an hour and they take the serious injurys first like it should be

Efficient, Clean, Compassionate, and gave me just what I needed to stop my flu from turning into pneumonia, which is the direction it was very quickly heading in. Great place.

Worst excuse for doctors they just want your cash. One doctor is about 75 and has a mustache growing out his nose and seems to care less.

Pleasant experience. Felt lousy, knew I needed an antibiotic. Quick process. Made it to bed rest within an hour of being there and visiting the pharmacy. Felt better lots quicker than doing the waiting game, less stress. Professional. Following day I called for a doctor's note for my employer and it was faxed over without fail. Thank you!

we have gone there several times for different problems and always been taken care of promptly and cheerfully. Weather it was a sinus infection, skin rash or bronchitis the staff has always been helpful.

Pleasant experience here. I got there right as it opened. The woman at the desk was kind and professional. Took my information right away which only took about 5 minutes. I was taken back to a room almost immediately after I was done at the front desk. The nurse that initially checked me over was great. I saw the doctor within the next 5 minutes. Had a test taken and just had to wait for the results (strep throat). I was there for a total of maybe half an hour. A caring, quick visit is just what I am looking for when I go to urgent care. Would recommend.

Terrible service. Inattentive staff. Upon entering the office I was told to "sign in and have a seat." a patient waiting at the desk was complaining about her pain medication while nobody even acknowledged my presence. The place was nearly empty and the staff seemed apathetic at best. After waiting for 20 minutes I left to find another walk in center. The place was also old and dirty looking.

Best urgent care center I have ever visited. Very short wait for walk-in visits on Saturday or Sunday. The nurses and doctors are friendly and competent, and the lab and Xrays are all right there.

Super nice doctors and nurses, a very reasonable wait time and great medical care. The only reason I am putting 4 stars instead of 5 is that the offices could have been a little cleaner. But I am only talking about the floors, walls, etc. All their medical equip was spotless.
