I have been visiting Crown Hobbies since I was in my low teens. The store has had not very many owners since Mort sold the business. I am very pleased with the new management... Arturo and Jaime are great guys and very knowledgeable in the field. The prices are very reasonable and the service is great. It just feels like an old time hobby store where they may not have every little gadget and yet you will find the odds and ends you need for your project and expert advice.

Employees do not provide service to customers. Even though at times they outnumber the customers, they would rather engage in idle chatter among themselves.
