The carpet cleaning service and cleaning perfomance that I have received from Jim Copelend's cleaning business for the past ten years is exceptional. Jim's equiptment is excellent and the cleaning materials he uses completely eradicate pet spoils and odors as well as dirt and stains. His service is friendly, polite and professional.

He's available within a day or two and is great at communicating if you need to reschedule last minute. HIs prices are the lowest I've been able to find as I was comparing 5 other local company's. He exceeded my expectations when I asked for advice on how to clean a wool rug and he dug out a scoop of his carpet cleaner and explained how to mix it up and spot clean my rug. No extra charge! And it worked great and was safe and easy. I'll always call Jim for help with my carpets.
