People always use these sites to write bad reviews So I decided to do the total opposite and recognize Serenity for their greatness This is the ONLY Spa/Salon I have gone to for over 10 years The staff is always helpful & friendly They are open late hours during the week and always accommodating when it comes to getting a appointment Great retail selection hair products, jewelry , handbags , etc I would highly recommend this place 👍

It has a very warm caring staff each and everyone make you feel special I fine it also has great parking and I have recommend this spa to my family and the atmosphere is very inviting for all the services

Serenity in the City is a wonderful salon to visit if you want to be pampered! A little pricy but they do a great job in all services provided (hair, facial, nails, eyebrow waxing). The technicians are very professional and experienced. This is by far, the best salon in Medford (the name says it all:)!

I would not recommend this spa. It was cold inside, the service was very unprofessional. Quick without much of a massage included. I was exposed on three different occassions within a 60 minute body scub. It was very uncomfortable. I attempted to call the spa, which was closed so I left a message. I advised of how unhappy I was and how I felt so uncomfortable afterwards since I was exposed three different times. The spa never returned my call. I would not recommend to a friend. There are many spas in the area that I have been to and would recommend this is not one of them.
