We just received our second job, it was wonderful, printed in full color on both sides the color was absolutely perfect. Customer service was wonderful and very helpful with questions we had regarding the color and turn time. The order came very fast and we can't thank carbonlessondemand enough for all the attention to detail. I would highly recommend them as my printer. 5++ stars to all that helped.

I purchased a big order of full color NCR forms from this company and when they arrived in the mail, the color was very faded as if the printer ran out of ink. I called and emailed the manager of the company to get my money back and they required me to send some of the product back for review. I thought that was fair and fine. I sent the product back and they agreed to give me a partial refund. over 2 months has passed and still no refund. Then I get a call on the phone from the owner of the company and he said he wanted to tell me a couple of things and began to cuss like a sailor.. I replied to him stating that the bottom line was that his company made the mistake and sent faded ncr forms... The customer service of this company is also bad, because they do not return emails or phone calls.. So, I'm writing this review to save someone from this company. Do not buy from carbonlessondemand. You risk to lose if they mess up an order like they did mine. hope this review will help..

RESELLERS AND BUSINESSES BEWARE!!! Do not place an order if you are trying to dropship. Website does not interact correctly with Paypal and my item was never received by my customer. They explained to me that I have to enter in the drop shipping information in paypal, BUT even if you do, they'll send the product with your contact info as the Ship to. On top of that, although admitting they're wrong, they wanted me to pay half of my order again in order to re-ship! No way, I just turned away and disputed the charge. Don't waste your time.
