It took me 3 calls and 4 weeks to get the results from my annual physical sent to me. I have called three times in last two weeks to get a doctor's order for a blood test faxed to LabCorp. Despite promises each time, it never happened. It took three calls in three days for them to tell me that I can't get my prescription for blood testing strips until the doctor comes back from vacation (they could have told me that two days and two calls ago ! When I get back to Ohio in May, my highest priority will be getting a new doctor with responsible staff. Not a couple girls who used to work at Taco Bell.
