Bruce is a master when it comes to cutting and coloring hair. He did a makeover for me 25 plus years ago and I haven't gone to anyone else. He has given me perms to add body to my ultra fine hair and has been coloring my hair for the last 10 years. I won't go to any other salon.

My co-worker suggested I see Bruce and I am so happy I did. Unfortunately I don't get to see him enough because he does such a great job on my highlights and cut that I can go at least 3.5-4 months before I need to see him again. I have never been so happy with the staying power of my highlights and my haircut always grows out perfectly. -Renee

I have been to very high-end salons in my lifetime. Bruce's quality surpasses them. He strikes a balance between fulfilling his clients' wishes and giving them his very well-informed professional opinion and guidance based on years of experience and expertise. He also has a way of making one feel right at home instead of putting on pretentious airs like some salons do. Sitting in his chair is not only a privilege, but a choice you will not regret.

I've gone to Bruce at Snipz Hair & Nail Salon for the past year. He is a highly skilled stylist and colorist. I have always loved the results and have always received many compliments from my friends.

Went to see Bruce after a recommendation by a friend. Continued as a regular client. He is a "master" of color. Appreciate his attention to detail. The salon is friendly and relaxing.

Bruce has been my colorist & stylist for well over 20 yrs. During that time not even 1 hair on my head has had a complaint! Both studio & staff are delightful, kind & accomodating. Bruce is a man of integrity & tremendous talent. Signed by a very satisfied long-time customer & friend. Trish Hunt
Bruce has been cutting my hair since I was 12, I am 49 now. Bruce is the best, by far. My late mom was his customer for many years until Alzheimer's set in. I live in Metairie - Kenner area and drive to see Bruce to cut my hair. To write such an awful review and to submit it anonymously is just awful and VERY low class. When my mom's Alzheimer's progressed I had to try other stylists here in Metairie due to time constraints and NONE were as good as Bruce. He is the best AND a true gentleman. I would bet this nasty woman went to someone else who destroyed her hair and poor Bruce was stuck with a mess and a nasty woman. Bruce is worth the drive over the Causeway for sure. WONDERFUL HAIRDRESSER AND WONDERFUL SALON. I will sign my name, Adele Durio - Knauer.

I finally went to Snipz yesterday for the first time (a few friends go there & highly recommended it). Well, I am SO glad that I was able to get an appointment with Bruce! I showed him a picture on my phone and he cut my hair exactly that way! He totally understood what I wanted & did it. He is such a perfectionist that after I was done & he had the next client in the chair, he looked at my hair again and wasn't totally satisfied (even though I was!), and trimmed a tiny bit more. I am thrilled that I've finally found my colorist and stylist on the north shore where I live! And everyone there could not have been more warm and welcoming, even the other clients! I've already made my next appointment and would highly recommend Bruce and Snipz! As an added bonus, I felt like i was actually outside (minus the heat!) because Bruce loves plants and has a great, relaxing view out of the window, and beautiful yellow snapdragons with a pretty purple flower picked from his home garden that morning! Snipz gets an A+++ from me!

Great salon! Relaxing atmosphere with friendly service. I selected this salon on a recommendation from a friend. Bruce is amazing with color! Always gets it right! Great cut too! He always shows me how to maintain my style at home. Oh, they also have a nail technician and very nice hair products.

Bruce has been my hairdresser for over 30 years with many long time clients. Over the years, many have inquired of me where I have my hair cut and styled, thus I have sent many new clients to Bruce. His place of business is friendly and caring that I look forward to visiting each week.
Bruce has been my stylist for many, many years. I wouldn't think of going to anyone else. He and the staff at Snipz are kind and always accommodating. I remember the first time I went to Bruce, a stylist colored my hair BLACK, it was horrible. I had to fly to New York to visit family two days later, I wore a hat I was so ashamed of my hair. Bruce met me at his salon in the wee hours of the morning to fix my color. God Bless the man and his skills!!!! Thank you Bruce.

Snipz is a beautiful and relaxing salon! Bruce, the owner, is one of the best stylists EVER! I haveI been a client for years and have never left unhappy. I've watched him do others hair and he would never send a client out not looking his or her best! Besides all that, the prices are very reasonable!!
I have been going to Bruce at Snipz for over 20 years. Over the years, I have referred many friends and family to him. Bruce is a wonderful hair stylist and I have consistently received compliments on my hair over the years that I've gone there. The color is superb....sort of a honey blonde with lowlights...perfect! Some years I'm in the mood for short and some years long, but whatever my desire is, Bruce has given me the perfect cut that is easy to manage even after I leave the salon! The atmosphere at Snipz is very soothing....woodsy, airy and serene...perfect way to calm down for a bit during a busy day. I love my visits to Snipz and hope they're around for at least 20 more years!
