I went in to Tires Plus for the first time because I heard that they have a lot of coupons for discounts online & that they rotate your tires for free. I had such a coupon on this visit and I asked the cashier if a free tire rotation was included because it was not stated on the coupon. The spacey cashier said "Just give me the coupon when you're ready to pay." After 30 minutes, as I was paying the bill with a different cashier, I asked him if my tires had been rotated and if I was being charged for it. The new cashier then said "It's free if you ask for it before we start working but you didn't, so if you want us to do it, you'll have to pay." I explained my convo with the previous cashier and he did not care. He was not willing to rotate my tires without charging me a separate fee. Would I go back? NO, I would not. Talk about horrible customer service. I repeat, I would never go back to this car shop.

Honest neighborhood shop, competitive prices and knowledgeable crew.
In Short, Very Unprofessional and Not Timely In Serving Customers!!! Expect a long wait even with a scheduled appointment and during their slow time. The staff even throws in rude comments if you question their service. Worst service I have had in Madison in 20 years.
