The installers worked all day to replace the furnace and a/c. Very reasonable prices, left the work area clean, and even dug up and saved a 13 year old plant that was in the way. Looking forward to lower electric and gas bills. Office staff is friendly and accessible, glad that a coworker recommended them.

I phoned the office and the receptionist taking the calls was a total "B" she had not one ounce of customer service skills. I don't honestly know why or how people like this have jobs.

On a day of more than 90 degrees, our ac broke...Bethke (my furnace installer) said they'd need to charge me time and a half; so I called around and got Heating and Cooling. Had to stay home from work because they couldn't give me a time....but that's kind of normal for service places I think. Once they got here they fixed it pronto! Don't yet know the cost so will give three stars for now (they usually want you to pay cash, cc or check, but because they replaced a part that a mouse chewed on the outside unit they will bill me). I'd give another star if the cost is pretty reasonable.

They do good work, but we have been extremely frustrated with their administrative practices - particularly billing, scheduling, permitting. Quality of work would be 4-5, admin 1-2; hence the 3 stars.
