General Info
Grace is a small Lutheran congregation located in the center of the west side of Madison. We have been here since 1962. This family of Christians is unique among churches in several ways: We want to be faithful to the teachings of Scripture. We believe that the Bible is God's inspired, inerrant, and clear Word concerning His Son and our Savior, Jesus Christ. The documents in the Bible are historically reliable. The Bible is to be understood literally, as the text explains itself. We subscribe to the Lutheran Confessions because their doctrine is in complete agreement with the Holy Scriptures. And finally, we are a liturgical church that recognizes the the importance of God's Means of Grace -- God's Word and Sacraments. We conduct our worship according to the ancient Historic Lectionary.
