Visited 2 times. The hostess has no hospitality training what so ever! RUDE both times! 1st time my friends were there and we got a pizza. It was not even cooked through. The crust was still doughy and the topping fell off when I picked up a slice. We had it boxed up and took it home to recook on the grill and there was no flavor in the sauce. We ended up just throwing it away. 2nd time. I went in to the bar asked for a menu and ordered a drink. I was going to order take out while waiting and drinking my drink. The bartender has absolutely no business working with the public! Another rude employee! I was told I had to go to the hostess station to order take out. That was after I was asked to pay for my drink and was totally confused on why I had to pay for my drink when it was completely obvious I was going to order food since I asked for a menu. I paid for my drink, finished it and left with no food. Went down the street to a different Italian restaurant in L.P. that has great food and service. I text a friend that WAS a server there and told her about trying to get take out and she informed me they didn't even do take out. So now I am really mad that the bartender did not mention that. There was also another girl behind the bar texting the entire time and didn't look up from her phone the entire time. This is nothing like the old Maria's food or service and I guarantee I will never be back. The front of the house staff needs hospitality & etiquette training.
