      The new employee 'Romsen' is horrible. Never seen such rudeness. If he is going to work in a predominantly Hispanic community..he needs to change his ways. He does not listen or tries to understand the customer. Yells back for no reason. In a matter of time there will be problems with customers. HE IS AWFUL!!
