The outcome was the highlight of my day. I certainly did not expect the job to turn out this good but I'm glad I was surprised and got something better than I wanted. The couch was left in great shape! The fabric nor texture was harmed and the technician made it look like it was new again. He certainly knew the best way to get rid of the marker stain, he did a brilliant job definitely showed me he was professional and experienced.
