My husband and I have been going to Floss Family Dental for 4 years. We moved to Fremont a year ago and continue to go there for all our dental needs. Dr. Villafane and all the staff are so awesome, Dr. explains everything to you no matter what procedure he is doing. They all genuinely care about your dental needs as well as personally. We can't say enough about everyone at Floss Family, they are truly the best!!!

I've been to Floss three times and each time the layout of the facility gives me a calm, comfortable feeling when I walk in the door. Once I'm in the chair, I notice the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. When I leave, I have my next checkup scheduled, a new toothbrush/floss/paste and I'm good to go for another six months.

From the moment I walked in the door I was comfortable and confident my son's teeth were in good hands. My son had some pretty painful wisdom teeth that had to come out. Dr. Nathan McConnell took out those nasty teeth and we were back at home in no time!

WOW I feel very happy with my decision to use Invisalign with Dr. McConnell. He expained everything before we got started and then in a flash my teeth are straight. Seriously I just had to put in a new tray every 2 weeks and got better results than I expected! - It is pretty cool that they have a "GREEN" office too.

I thought finding a new dentist was going to continue being an unpleasant search based on prior experiences. The first dentist I used on my arrival to Lincoln could not do a root canal on a tooth he had filled and it seemed like everyone employed there was always new. My next dentist was able to do my root canal but unable to perform extractions of my wisdom teeth and it seemed to be the end of the world when I tried changing an appointment once. I was referred to Floss Dental this past summer and was extremely satisfied. The facility is top notch and Dr. Villafane was excellent at explaining the series of events and what to expect before beginning work on my teeth. I felt at ease and welcomed with the personalized friendly service from everyone at the office. Finally a dentist I know that I can trust to take my family to for all future dental needs.

I was thoroughly impressed with the facilities, but most of all by the service that was provided. Dr. Villafane was knowledgeable and let you know what he was doing the entire way. I felt like I was in great hands as he has excellent dental and customer service skills. The friendly front desk staff did a great job with reminding me of my appointment and getting all of our needed paperwork done in a timely fashion on the day of the appointment. A big Thank You goes to all at Floss Family Dental as they do a great job.

Dr. McConnell is a very personable guy. In addition to dental skills he understands the psychological process, I actually have that terrible fear of dentists that he was able to help me with.. Through his interactions I actually left this appointment (for the first time in my life) feeling good about my dental appointment. I will definitely be back!

I never write in to these kind of things but in this case I just had to tell everyone--

I have been driving to Omaha to see Dr. McConnel for about three years now. He is the Best! He explains everything before we begin, we got a treatment plan decided on and then in a few visits he has made my mouth sparkling and very happy.



I am excited to see he is opening a new practice in Lincoln. I have already made an appointment and told my friends to schedule appointment times too.
