I wasn't real impressed. We had them clean our ducts earlier this year and the machine they used was sort of a glorified shop-vac. We now use another company with a big truck unit. They also did not remove all our vent covers. How could they be clean?

Our carpet was wet for almost 2 days after being cleaned. Don't recommend.

amazing! they got out some of the red stains form my sons room and got out the coffee stain in my living room.
