      Called to find out if they handled an issue and the woman, I think it was the attorney, got on the phone an was extremely rude.

      Completely incompetent! Absol...

      Completely incompetent! Absolutely no help at all. Asked straightforward questions upfront and got answers that avoided the question. Wasn't until after we paid that we actually got the answers that we couldn't do anything. Basically stole the money
