Shannon is wonderful to talk to. She will plan the trip right down to the transportation to and from the hotel or resort/flight. She reminds me of things I need to do to get ready for the trip. She made me feel comfortable with flying out of the country by notifying me of all the paperwork/passports etc that needs to be done. Also all the perks included in our all- inclusive resort in Cancun. She texted and reminded me. She is very people oriented and cares about your enjoying your vacation experience..
