      I have tried this franchise three times. Each time there was issues with the food quality compared to other Dickey's in the DFW area. This time that I ordered, the food was put in boxes with food dripping and splatter all over them. The cheese potatoes were orange with too much sauce, the rolls weren't ready so I agreed to buns, which were still frozen, and the food was put in a plastic bag that didn't allow enough room for the Family Pack, so the cups spilled over. I would rather make the extra drive to the Dickey's in Flower Mound to get the service and quality that first attracted me to Dickey's.
