From the moment I arrived the staff couldn't have been friendlier and more eager to help. The apartments were clean, well maintained and are great value for money. I will return here and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Clean, comfortable, really close to the Strip and fantastic value for money - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others - awesome!!

These are spacious and clean apartments which are very close to the Strip. I was surprised at what fantastic value for money they are, and the Manager was particularly helpful - good customer service is important to me and the staff really can't do enough for you. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

I came back to visit Las Vegas for a week and was super lucky to find a place to stay close to the strip. I don't like to be right on the strip but want to be close. Anyway, I was lucky to get a place here as it seems full. The rate was decent for one week and the service was outstanding! Mike is the manager, the maintenance and painter. He did it all. Anything we needed, he took care of. Thank you so much!! I hope we can stay at your property when we come back in a few months!

I was surprised at the value I got here. The room was cleaner than I expected, and the staff was surprisingly friendly. I thought traveling outside the South was going to be horrible, I expected AWFUL customer service. This property was a very pleasant surprise in every aspect and I will happily stay there again and recommend it to everyone I know!!!!

I recently took a trip to Las Vegas, I wanted a place to stay that was close to the strip. I heard about the Siegel Suites from an ad on craigslist. After staying at the property for a couple of days I was surprised that it was so inexpensive. The rooms were alot bigger than I expected them to be and alot cleaner. It was in a perfect location. Only a couple blocks away from the strip, right by the busline. The only problem was that i had to provide my own linens. The next time i come to vegas this will be the place that i stay.
