Apparently the used to be under different management so their old reviews don't so then justice. I was recommended here by a friend and since then my boyfriend and I come here for all of our dental needs. I had my wisdom teeth pulled by dr.morris and my other dental work by dr. groves. My boyfriend has had 2 crowns, a root canal and his routine dental work by dr. groves as well. She is very nice and professional, along with the rest of the staff. They also helped us sooo much financially. I explained to them that I'm a college student and didn't have much money so they not only have me a discount but also worked out low monthly payments with me. They also have my boyfriend a great discount! They have helped us so much! We kept putting off our problems and pain for too long, thanks to this awesome staff, we didn't have to put it off any longer!

Stay away. Useless font desk staff, billing sucks. They would make you sign dental care plan/cost midway through the procedure - when you probably are in pain or disoriented by anesthesia. Receipt is non-itemized and they can't work details if you have questions or issues about charges. Overcharged first time, and I am still working it after 4 months - it's like you pay and also get homework (bonus). Paid ALL out of pocket (copay and coinsurance) upfront. Additionally, insurance paid all claims so far. However, I still get bills. This one is good for you only if you: 1) Don't mind paying whatever they ask for, 2) have an insurance that pays every claim 100% without questioning procedure and claim amount, 3) don't have copay or coinsurance - no out of pocket expense. Otherwise stay away and spare yourself protracted headache. Can't rate zero.

if you want to go to a place where once you are greeted you feel like you're unwanted then go to rainsprings dental! A handful of the front desk staff is extremely rude and at times make you feel that you're an inconvience when you are spending over 100 on every visit. They dr's always push to buy their rotadent brush worth 130! Are they kidding? Who can afford that right now! This place is very iffy and not worth the money I spend!
