WASTE OF MONEY! The owner is a self absorbed money hungry shark who sends inexperienced kids to do his dirty work. What happened to doing the job right the first time? Three different technicians installed and fixed and fixed and fixed my garage door. All within weeks of each other and costing me more money each time. The Owner gets very defensive if you question a service that was unsatisfactory- he's very quick on the draw to claim everthing that goes wrong is your fault. His technicians Zeke ( who installed the door, fired for underperforming) Carlos ( tech who needs more training in the trade) and Seth (the owners step son, although the owner denies he's his step son, but Seth introduces himself as the owners step son, huh!.) Long story short I'm hoping the right person looking to buy a new garage door and/or needs a technician reads this before calling ADS Garage Doors. I just might have saved you from the pain, loss of money and drama I'm experiencing.
