Been here several times. Usually use the on-line sign in. Did so today and had a 50 minute wait. Shopped until 10 minute wait. Checked in and waited for more than 20 minutes. Staff took 4-5 walk-ins and never called me. I asked one of them to remove my name and she said, "but you're next". I said that I have been waiting for more than 20 minutes and she said, "we have been busy". I said, "I know, you took four walk-ins instead of me." I guess time to find a new shop.
