Me and my wife placed an order over the phone. They didn't include one of our items but we didn't notice till we got home. I placed a call in and after waiting on hold I was told we didn't order it. At one point the foreign worker on the other like told me I had the "wrong f***ing menu" and hung up on me.

Terrible service and be careful not to get the wrong menu or they might just swear at you too!

Food is amazing. Staff is beautiful and I. will definitely be eating there again the chicken great..

There fried chicken is the best, so moist and full of flavor! I enjoy the coleslaw also, great lunch specials!

I just read the first review and it doesn't surprise me one bit. The I have witnessed the owner yelling at and berating his staff many times. I love the food, but hate the owner. Hopefully some day he will read this!

The food is good. I have been waiting YEARS for a place like this to come to Lansing. A place where you can buy a pound of fried shrimp only!! Great!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had. My wife and I wanted to give them a try, BIG mistake. We had an issue with the cell phone(battery died), so we asked if we could use theirs for a quick phone call. The people behind the counter could not authorize, had to ask the owner. Without even coming to see why, the owner simply said,"no". Took me back for a minute, so I asked for my money back. Then the owner appeared, stating he has a "no return policy". This was not a return, I hadn't received my order yet. His policy also states "no public use of phone" so, we ask to see his "policy" if that is what it states let me read it. Long drawn out story later, he loud virtually yelling trying to scare my wife he yells," I don't want to take this to the next level !" I ask, what is the next level? He goes back behind the counter, and discreetly calls the police. When the police get there, they are speeding diving on the sidewalk (3 cars). We told them the situation, nothing they could or would do, we knew that. They suggested to just make a report with the BBB. But the owner would not release his name to us, the police, or anyone, then he was back locked away in his office.
