DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!!! I called them and asked them to have some flowers sent and I specifically asked them to keep it anonymous so that it was a complete surprise. They delivered them with my name and phone number on them. I was very upset and when I called them and told them that they ruined the surprise they had no excuse for doing what they did. I asked them what they were going to do to make it right and they said nothing. The purpose was to be a complete surprise and they ruined that. I would not use them again and if you're looking to send an anonymous gift for whatever reason, these are not the people or place you should use.

We used this florist for our wedding. Could not be less happy. I had no doubts about them and was very excited for them to do my wedding flowers. When they delivered them to our wedding venue they came in, set the flowers down, and left. Didn't bother to tell anyone they had dropped them off. We didn't even know they had dropped them off. Then when we found the flowers, they didn't deliver the flowers for the cake. I called and told them. They said they would bring them right away. An hour later I called again and they said they had already dropped them off on our cake table. But they weren't there. So we look all over for them because once again he just came in and set them down and left. Didn't bother to tell anyone that they were there! Turns out he put them on the wrong cake table, there was another reception at that location and he put them on their cake table! I was very disappointed. This man says he has done thousands of weddings so I would expect him to know that he should make sure to talk to someone, me or a staff member, to let them know that he is dropping off flowers. And to top it off, our baker was waiting for about 2 hours for the cake flowers, and then she couldn't use more than half of them because they were too wilted. All the other vendors I used, DJ, Baker, Photographer, were new to the wedding industry, and they did a GREAT job! Could not be happier with them! And the florist who says he has years and years of experience is the only one who screwed up! Major disappointment!
