I did not have a great experience here. The prices are very reasonable, but the groomer was not very pleasant or professional. My dog did not act normal for a couple of days after going here....she was hiding and acting scared and withdrawn...and that has never happened after being groomed anywhere else. Not going back

I took both of my pets there. I was happy with one of my pets grooming but not happy with the other. My Abby still had tear stains on face, so after her grooming I had to clean face. I really couldnt tell that she had been groomed. with the exception of smelling better. So after paying Kloud 9, I had to re-do my pet at home.

I did call and talk to them at Kloud 9 and they told me that they could not remove tear stains. Hmmm I never had that problem at my last groomers. I was able to remove them with a product made for tear stain removal. She didnt offer to make me a happy customer. Unhappy customers go away. I will be taking my pets to another groomer next time. For both pets to be groomed the cost was almost 80.00. that is quite an expenses for an unhappy customer to pay.

Stephanie was great and the pricing was the most reasonable I have found in the area. They took wonderful care of my Cocker Spaniel and they finished in no time. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I took both of my dogs to Kloud-9 and I was so impressed. The store was so clean and Stephanie, the groomer, did a fantastic job on them. I didn't have an appointment and she took both dogs in and had them done in no time. When I picked them up, I could tell she had taken good care of them.

Also, Kloud-9's pricing is AWESOME!!!! I would recommend them to anyone.

I took my dog here for the first time and Stephanie was so nice and to me and my dog. The cut was just what I wanted. I will tell all my friends to come here. Her prices are great too.
