Gregory Simmons talks a good game but he does not perform what he states. 3 months of being my attorney, he never once filed the documents or submitted the subpoenas for evidence that he stated he would. When I filed a complaint against him he created documents that he claimed to the state bar he filed that in all actuallity he never did file in an attemt to cover hisself. He requested for me to pay attorney fees to him as my court appointed attorney in order to dismiss the case.

Incompetent! Lazy! Poor speaker. Couldn’t convince a jury that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was black. Unless you want to go broke and go to jail, DON’T heir this BUM!! The only way this busness could improve wounl be to seek another line of work. Bart

As a court appointed attorney, he performance was very disappointing. Issues: (A) at first court appearance for bail reduction hearing, Mr. Simmons was not present. He handed the case to his inexperience lawyer assistant. (Fresh out of college). That person failed, which resulted in 3 week delay and additional court hearing. (B) Very difficult to contact him, did not return messages left. (C) Did not effective prepare his client, my son, for 3 court testimonies and explaining options on the case. (My opinion). Did not visit my son in jail. Spent maybe 20 minutes conversation for 3 court appearances. (D) Did not feel that he did all he could do to get a better outcome in the case. The case summation just prior to the Judge's judgment. lack key information, in my mind. Note: this was my first experience with the litigation process, lawyers, courts, etc. Maybe my expectations were too high.

I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS ABOUT MR. SIMMONS . WHEN THE KPD WAS MESSING WITH ME . HE DID HIS JOB. HE DIDNT OVER CHARGE ME, WHEN MY HOUSE WAS HIT HE WAS THERE FOR THE WHOLE THING. AND CAME TO SEE IF WAS DONE RIGHT. I WILL USE HIM AGAIN ,, THANK U

Not sure where the previous comment came from - I will admit, Mr. Simmons is not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. He staff is very friendly and I though Mr. Simmons attention to my case was commendable as he was obviously quite busy. He definitely gave me every penny's worth and was accountable for the time I was paying for. If you are going to hire an attorney and your case is important to you, then commit to spending the money and get it right with Mr. Simmons. He'll even work out installments - just don't expect anything for free.

MY TIME KNOW MR SIMMONS WAS NOT PLEASENT ONE. HE WANT TO BE A WHITE MAN IN BLACK MAN BODY , FAR AS HIM BEING A LAWYER. IF YOU DONT BRING ENOUGH MONEY HE WILL NOT TAKE YOUR CASE AND HE OVER BILL YOU. HE DISRESPECT HIS STAFF.HE ISN'T A LAWYER YOU WANT IN YOUR CORNER.
