      I'd give them no stars if I could. They failed to deliver my sons flowers on Mothers Day and then cancelled his order claiming that I cancelled them (his mother!). What mother would cancel flowers from their son?!!! Worst customer service I've ever seen! I will NEVER deal with Shelbys Flowers again!!

      Ordered flowers, Never delivered called and they said they missed the stop and would deliver them the next day. Way to ruin a good birthday suprise for my wife thanks alot.
