Customer service is very nice and the office manager Rose is very acamadating. the prices are very resonable.

After reading all the bad review, I cannot believe that this RV is bad or maybe i am just lucky to stayed here under new management. The couples are really nice and stayed most of my free time talking with them.On Valentine's day they gave chocolates for everybody. RV's are clean and nice smell too.I promise to give a + review. Beware these "owners" are thieves!! After enquiring on the phone about an RV for our God Children, the girl called the "owners" to see if we could do business over the phone. After getting owners approval she took our info including CC info. After my God Daughter arrived to find Rv's ( all 5) filthy and roach infested she concluded that her family could not stay in any of them. The counter girl had already charged my cc $1200. She called the owner regarding the refund (NO SERVICES were ever rendered) and the told her that they would do the refund on Monday. After receiving my CC statement and no refund I called. Again the counter girl called the "owners" who told her that the credit had already been done. Now I have received another CC statement w no refund. I call AGAIN and AGAIN the girl calls the "OWNERS" who now tell her that they will not refund any $$$$ Is this how you do business? Really?
